Who writes what

Two kinds of content live here. Guides and city pages are written by the RuneDate editorial team. Forum threads are written by members, and they are not edited for tone or opinion — only for spam, abuse and personal information.

Commercial relationships

Some outbound links earn us a commission. That never changes what a guide says, and it never changes what a member is allowed to post. If a member says a service we link to is bad, that post stays up.

Accuracy and corrections

We check pricing and feature claims against the service's own published information before publishing, and re-check when a member tells us something has changed. If we get something wrong, write to corrections [at] runedate.shop and we will correct the page and note the change.

What we will not publish

Invented local detail on city pages — made-up venue names, invented statistics about a city's dating scene, fabricated member quotes attributed to real people. Where we cannot support a specific claim, we write at the level of detail we can support.

Moderation

Forum posts are moderated after publication. Reports go to moderation [at] runedate.shop. Removal decisions are made by a person, not automatically.
